What you will do
- Manage and grow sales, market share, and profitability across Northern NSW.
- Develop territory and key account plans to achieve commercial objectives.
- Build strong relationships with rural distribution groups, retail outlets, consultants, and key growers.
- Drive demand for crop protection solutions through proactive sales and marketing activities.
- Support new product launches and develop accurate sales forecasts.
- Prepare commercial proposals and represent the company at industry events and field days.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably in the agricultural sector.
- Strong understanding of rural distribution networks and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated success in growing sales and implementing commercial plans.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.
Nice to have
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Agsafe Accreditation.
- Experience within crop protection, agronomy, ag retail, or broader agribusiness sectors.
