What you will do

• Manage and grow sales, market share, and profitability across Northern NSW.
• Develop territory and key account plans to achieve commercial objectives.
• Build strong relationships with rural distribution groups, retail outlets, consultants, and key growers.
• Drive demand for crop protection solutions through proactive sales and marketing activities.
• Support new product launches and develop accurate sales forecasts.
• Prepare commercial proposals and represent the company at industry events and field days.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Strong understanding of rural distribution networks and customer engagement.
• Demonstrated success in growing sales and implementing commercial plans.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
