What you will do
- Own the full sales process from initial outreach to closing deals with SMB retailers and store chains.
- Conduct in-person visits to potential partners 2-3 days per week to demonstrate value.
- Manage and prioritize a lead list to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Use Salesforce to track opportunities and progress partners through the journey.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to ensure a seamless handover and onboarding process.
- Apply the SNAP sales methodology to effectively engage diverse businesses.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
- High energy, curiosity, determination, and a resilience to handle objections.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan territory and days autonomously.
- Experience in sales, customer support, or hospitality (mindset is prioritized over years of experience).
- Ability to listen actively and creatively handle objections.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and openness to feedback.
