Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia, with a hybrid home/office arrangement and requirements for domestic and international travel.

What you will do

  • Drive new sales growth for digital clinical and education solutions.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business with clinical and academic institutions.
  • Cross-sell and expand solutions within existing strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage complex, strategic sales cycles within a matrixed organization.
  • Develop territory plans using recognized sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Sydney, Australia.
  • Proven success in strategic account management and solution-based selling.
  • Demonstrated experience in new-business development, prospecting, and closing.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Nice to have

  • Clinical experience or relevant qualifications.
  • Experience working in an international or matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or academic markets.
