What you will do

• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new partners and customers.
• Identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of leads and project opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Act as a professional interface and consultant, ensuring customers receive full value from solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver targeted campaigns and events.
• Build, track, and revise partner plans to meet strategic goals.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications professionally to support partner needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Melbourne with the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience in an account management or sales-focused role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively as a team player.
• Preferable experience in technical sales within the IT or security industries.
