Requirements

• Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia or New Zealand required.
• Degree in Business, Commerce, or Agricultural Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in B2B sales or account management within the Ag or Ag-Chem sectors.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and pipeline management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously across a large territory.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across retail networks and end users.
