What you will do

• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing deals with public safety customers and distribution partners.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize market coverage and growth in NE England and Scotland.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to drive new business development.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and submit accurate forecasts and CRM updates.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Sales, and Regional Management teams to drive collective success.

Requirements

• Proven success in territory sales, preferably within capital equipment or healthcare.
• Experience managing and enabling distribution partners.
• Proactive hunter mentality with strong persuasion and goal-driven skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and manage a complex travel schedule (up to 75%).
