What you will do
- Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including hires, changes, and terminations in Workday.
- Own the accuracy and integrity of employee data to ensure seamless downstream payroll, compensation, and benefits processing.
- Administer regional benefits and enforce People policies across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Perform quality assurance and support internal and external audits, specifically focusing on SOX compliance.
- Analyze root causes of operational issues and implement scalable process enhancements using AI-enabled tools.
- Partner with Global People and cross-functional teams to standardize operational delivery and scalability.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Workday transactions, data governance, and reporting.
- Experience operating within a controlled, audit-driven environment (SOX exposure preferred).
- Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements for the US (FLSA/EEO), Canada, and Mexico.
- Demonstrated ability to drive automation and system optimization to reduce manual effort.
- Must be based in Boston, US for a hybrid work arrangement.
