What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including hires, changes, and terminations in Workday.
  • Own the accuracy and integrity of employee data to ensure seamless downstream payroll, compensation, and benefits processing.
  • Administer regional benefits and enforce People policies across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
  • Perform quality assurance and support internal and external audits, specifically focusing on SOX compliance.
  • Analyze root causes of operational issues and implement scalable process enhancements using AI-enabled tools.
  • Partner with Global People and cross-functional teams to standardize operational delivery and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Workday transactions, data governance, and reporting.
  • Experience operating within a controlled, audit-driven environment (SOX exposure preferred).
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements for the US (FLSA/EEO), Canada, and Mexico.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive automation and system optimization to reduce manual effort.
  • Must be based in Boston, US for a hybrid work arrangement.
