What you will do

• Manage pre-sales technical activities for the development and implementation of complex products and applications.
• Develop detailed customer installation and system integration plans.
• Oversee technical support during sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product managers to define and shape new products.
• Serve as the primary company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).
• Proven experience managing pre-sales technical activities for complex solutions.
• Ability to perform product feasibility analysis to support sales representatives.
• Mandatory ability to use a camera for all virtual meetings (camera-first remote culture).
