What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of SMEs in data analytics, financial modeling, and deal desk operations.
  • Develop and enforce SLAs for complex deal modeling while driving self-service models for standard opportunities.
  • Coordinate SME participation in prospect and client-facing meetings to maximize deal impact.
  • Collaborate with Growth Executive Leadership to drive strategic analysis and operational leverage.
  • Oversee process documentation, playbook development, and upskilling initiatives for the team.
  • Evaluate ACO performance and ROI using Salesforce and other analytical tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of progressive professional experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales, operations, or sales management experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of success as a sales leader.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with Value-Based Care models.
