What you will do
- Collaborate with sales teams to design solution strategies and set accurate client expectations.
- Develop and deliver technical product demos, presentations, and benefit realization studies.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Health solutions and market specializations.
- Conduct presale workflow assessments and provide resource estimates for sales proposals.
- Lead product training sessions for Sales and Client Success teams.
- Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and user conferences.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle management (front-end to back-end).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic EHR in a clinical or operational environment.
- 3+ years of technical experience with health information systems like Oracle or Meditech.
- 3+ years of experience in PreSales, Solution Engineering, or system implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
