What you will do

• Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Post accruals and prepare reporting packages.
• Support the preparation of management reporting and internal controls.
• Ensure high data accuracy and timely completion of assihirify.globaled financial tasks.
• Contribute to the standardization and improvement of RTR processes.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of general ledger processes and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office (Hybrid 50/50).

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Experience working within a shared service environment.
