What you will do

• Maintain accounting records for multiple entities across different jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with invoice requirements and process employee expense reports.
• Manage the general ledger, journal entries, and perform quarterly reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned entities.
• Participate in the implementation and migration of accounting processes to SAP.
• Coordinate with the treasury team to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Requirements

• At least 1+ year of experience in accounting.
• English level — B2 or higher for daily communication.
• Must be based in Poland (On-site).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience working with multiple jurisdictions.
• Basic understanding of EU legislation or international accounting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
