What you will do

  • Build and maintain a strong local network of vacation rental owners across South Tyrol.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to contract closing.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and attend networking events to generate leads.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and go-live process for new hosts.
  • Analyze performance data to develop strategies for revenue growth and host retention.
  • Manage the post-sales relationship to ensure long-term host satisfaction and success.

Requirements

  • German: Near-native proficiency required.
  • English: Fluent proficiency required.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently across South Tyrol.
  • Strong networking, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and target achievement.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in the field.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales, account management, tourism, or online business.
  • Italian language skills.
