What you will do
- Build and maintain a strong local network of vacation rental owners across South Tyrol.
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to contract closing.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and attend networking events to generate leads.
- Coordinate the onboarding and go-live process for new hosts.
- Analyze performance data to develop strategies for revenue growth and host retention.
- Manage the post-sales relationship to ensure long-term host satisfaction and success.
Requirements
- German: Near-native proficiency required.
- English: Fluent proficiency required.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently across South Tyrol.
- Strong networking, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and target achievement.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in the field.
Nice to have
- Experience in sales, account management, tourism, or online business.
- Italian language skills.
