TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Milan office (Italy)

What you will do

  • Lead and manage strategic account P&L to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive growth and minimize renewal erosion.
  • Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key customer decision-makers and executives.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand service scopes and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to ensure seamless end-to-end account management.
  • Maintain high standards of account compliance and integrity in all business dealings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing account P&L.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end sales process management.
  • Deep knowledge of current business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an open-minded and empathetic approach to customer relationships.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Milan office (Italy).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
  • Prior sales experience specifically with technical solutions.
