What you will do
- Lead and manage strategic account P&L to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive growth and minimize renewal erosion.
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key customer decision-makers and executives.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand service scopes and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to ensure seamless end-to-end account management.
- Maintain high standards of account compliance and integrity in all business dealings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing account P&L.
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end sales process management.
- Deep knowledge of current business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, and risk mitigation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an open-minded and empathetic approach to customer relationships.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Milan office (Italy).
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
- Prior sales experience specifically with technical solutions.
