What you will do
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within highly regulated sectors like FinServ, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
- Build a sales pipeline from zero in an early-stage environment without an established playbook.
- Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into compelling business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
- Architect multi-year expansion strategies and foster deep relationships across IT and product teams.
- Collaborate directly with the VP of Sales and founders to refine enterprise strategy and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Must be based in Italy
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with consistent quota over-achievement.
- Proven track record of closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments.
- Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations.
- Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, or management consulting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.
