Focus on building a high-performance revenue engine from scratch, translating technical AI capabilities into business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders, and architecting long-term account expansion.

What you will do

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within highly regulated sectors like FinServ, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
  • Build a sales pipeline from zero in an early-stage environment without an established playbook.
  • Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into compelling business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Architect multi-year expansion strategies and foster deep relationships across IT and product teams.
  • Collaborate directly with the VP of Sales and founders to refine enterprise strategy and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Italy
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Proven track record of closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations.
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, or management consulting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.

  • Experience in regulated industries.
  • Proven success in early-stage startup environments.
