What you will do

  • Manage active leads, prospects, and commercial opportunities to drive pipeline progression.
  • Coordinate and supervise BDR activities to ensure consistency and quality of outbound initiatives.
  • Support proposal development and lead commercial negotiations to close new deals.
  • Maintain CRM visibility and optimize funnel efficiency and commercial workflows.
  • Collaborate on scaling the ecosystem's overall business development operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or commercial growth roles.
  • Experience coordinating outbound or BDR activities and managing deal pipelines.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (German is a strong plus).
  • Ability to manage consultative and relationship-driven sales processes.
  • Strong organizational discipline and comfort operating in lean, high-accountability environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Milan, Bolzano, or Chur.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, consulting, or enterprise solutions.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience leveraging AI and LLM tools within commercial workflows.
  • Experience working with international clients and cross-border opportunities.
