What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the marketplace's doctor side and patient search/booking funnel.
• Develop AI-first search and matching experiences to connect patients with the right doctors.
• Optimize marketplace health, focusing on demand distribution, conversion rates, and reducing doctor churn.
• Scale visibility products (First Class, Media360) and refine pricing/packaging to increase ARPU.
• Lead the core marketplace re-platforming to ensure modern, scalable foundations.
• Manage and grow a multi-team organization of PMs, designers, and engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading product at Lead or Director level.
• Proven track record with large-scale consumer or two-sided marketplaces (millions of MAU).
• Expertise in experimentation, funnel analytics, and growth loops.
• Experience shipping AI-driven product experiences to production.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based within Europe.
