What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-native answering service platform aligned with business goals.
• Translate complex healthcare operations into structured, prioritized product requirements and a living roadmap.
• Lead deep customer discovery through interviews and workflow observation with clinical and operational users.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI capabilities, such as LLMs and conversational systems, into scalable solutions.
• Partner with engineering leadership to guide architecture decisions, technical tradeoffs, and delivery sequencing.
• Design and execute structured experiments, pilots, and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure AI performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working on AI, NLP, conversational AI, or machine learning-powered products.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and API-based system integration.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA and data privacy.
• Proven ability to ship AI-enabled products at scale and iterate based on real-world performance data.
