TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US. Occasional travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City for team events is required.

Salary: $115,900 – $128,800

What you will do

  • Own the roadmap and backlog for the coverage and authorization portfolio.
  • Conduct continuous discovery with nurses and case managers to identify pain points.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver optimized, AI-enhanced workflows.
  • Define and monitor product health metrics to drive adoption and value.
  • Translate complex customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Assess investment opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, including B2B and enterprise customers.
  • Background in healthcare IT, skilled nursing, or post-acute workflows.
  • Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle.
  • Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs and modern development practices.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered features.
  • Track record of extending established products with new capabilities.
  • Bias toward product impact and measurable outcomes.
