What you will do

• Contribute to the development of core platforms and AI agents from problem framing to production.
• Support product discovery activities to generate actionable insights for the roadmap.
• Translate complex requirements into clear product specifications and structured iterations.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics to guide feature improvements.
• Prioritize effectively within defined scopes to ensure meaningful user impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ship production-grade features.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to bring structure to complex problems and reason through trade-offs.
• Experience producing structured documentation for cross-functional execution.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable results and user impact.
• Must be based in or able to work from Athens, Greece.
• Genuine curiosity about AI agents and modern product development practices.
