What you will do

• Manage and resolve moderately complex HR cases across systems in accordance with established policies.
• Serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 support, providing guidance on non-standard inquiries.
• Administer Form I-9 verification and execute termination/separation workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and facilitate Day 1 orientation.
• Maintain data accuracy in HR systems and perform quality checks on transactions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Legal, and IT to resolve escalated issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle administration.
• Strong proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Must be able to pass additional background and fingerprint checks consistent with government customer requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
