Location: Must be based in the Austin, TX Metro area (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

Salary: $55,000–$93,000

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end People policy library, including drafting, annual reviews, and employee communication.
  • Manage the annual people compliance calendar, including EEO-1 reporting and mandatory training.
  • Coordinate the SOX/SOC/ISO audit framework for the People Experience function.
  • Develop SOPs and toolkits to enable HR control owners to self-manage audit obligations.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for internal and external audit processes.
  • Monitor global employment law changes and proactively update policies to maintain compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in HR audit, compliance, or policy.
  • Working knowledge of HR regulations and governance frameworks (SOX, SOC, or ISO).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems; Workday experience is preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory language into accessible policy for non-specialists.
  • Must be based in the Austin, TX Metro area to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Experience with EEO-1 and other federal/state reporting obligations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
