Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $58,000 - $75,000/year

What you will do

  • Provide subject-matter expertise in administering and coordinating workplace accommodations within a PEO environment.
  • Serve as the primary resource for employees, managers, and clients on the interactive process under ADA/ADAAA and PWFA.
  • Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Manage complex accommodation requests and disability case management.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures to harmonize practices across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ADA/ADAAA accommodation administration, leave management, or disability case management.
  • Strong knowledge of ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, FMLA, and related employment laws.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, case management, or CRM systems (UKG Ready preferred).
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
