Location: San Francisco, hybrid with 3 days in office per week required

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year plus equity and commission

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Commercial Account Executives with clear expectations and operating rhythm.
  • Hire and onboard top Commercial AE talent to scale the team effectively.
  • Drive predictable revenue through accurate forecasting, disciplined deal management, and strong prospecting execution.
  • Install and maintain scalable sales systems and processes to improve consistency across discovery, deal strategy, qualification, and forecasting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Finance to support pipeline creation and complex deal navigation.

Requirements

  • Experience leading high-velocity SMB or Commercial sales teams in fast-growing B2B SaaS environments with proven quota achievement.
  • Strong fundamentals in full-cycle SaaS selling and ability to coach on outbound excellence, discovery, and qualification.
  • Ability to hire, onboard, and develop talent in scaling environments without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong analytical skills to spot patterns and translate insights into coaching and process improvements.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Location requirement: Must be able to work hybrid in San Francisco with 3 days in office per week.
