Location: Remote (US). Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment; no sponsorship (H-1B) available.

What you will do

  • Identify and win net-new enterprise business through proactive outreach, relationship building, and market development.
  • Lead commercial conversations and presentations for VP- and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Develop data-driven proposals and sales narratives connecting brand goals to hirify.global solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial meeting through negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, strategy, legal, and finance teams to finalize opportunities.
  • Monitor, forecast, and report pipeline and sales performance on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, SaaS, ad tech, martech, or influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets and carrying a quota.
  • Confidence in presenting to senior marketing leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial instincts, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
  • Ability to use data to guide forecasting and shape sales stories.
  • Must be based in the US with valid work authorization.

Nice to have

  • Experience in creator marketing, digital media, commerce, or retail media.
  • Familiarity with the marketing technology (martech) landscape.
