What you will do

• Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy from product concept through production scale-up.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies that improve cost and manufacturability.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to navigate trade-offs.
• Execute global supplier strategies, including selection, qualification, and NPI readiness.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks regarding supply continuity, capacity, and lead times.
• Deliver executive-level updates on sourcing readiness and risk mitigation to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of overall experience in sourcing, supply chain, or program management.
• 5+ years of success leading strategic sourcing in complex product development or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with highly engineered products, such as semiconductor, capital, or aerospace equipment.
• Strong command of product development lifecycles, from NPI through high-volume production.
• Advanced negotiation, cost modeling, and supplier management expertise.
