What you will do

• Lead and expand executive-level relationships to align on joint investments, GTM priorities, and revenue outcomes.
• Co-create and execute differentiated sales plays, joint solutions, and market messaging in the region.
• Drive measurable partner-led growth by delivering sourced and joint pipelines.
• Expand brand mindshare within partner organizations to embed Pega in primary sales plays.
• Enable partners on Pega Cloud, GenAI Blueprint, and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Manage executive business cadences, including QBRs, briefings, and partner summits.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, alliances, or partner/channel management.
• Proven C-level access and influence at Tier 1 Advisory or Systems Integrators.
• Must be located on the US East Coast.
• Experience with enterprise workflow, AI/ML, or low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with Pega's product portfolio (Cloud, Decision Hub, GenAI Blueprint).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
