What you will do

  • Guide partners on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships and scaling their hirify.global practice.
  • Design and execute comprehensive onboarding and enablement programs for technology and solution partners.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Develop partner success plans and maturity roadmaps to increase self-sufficiency and solution adoption.
  • Identify and develop joint use cases and vertical-specific opportunities to accelerate customer success.
  • Serve as the voice of the partner ecosystem, providing actionable feedback on product gaps and market trends to leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Partner Success, Customer Success, or Solution Consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience working specifically in the Contact Center space.
  • Proven experience working with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
