What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end global partnership strategy, setting ambitious growth targets and ensuring high-standard delivery.
  • Serve as the primary executive sponsor and point of contact for the partner's C-suite leadership.
  • Lead and develop a globally distributed team of partner account managers and channel professionals.
  • Manage the global partnership P&L, driving double-digit revenue growth across all regions.
  • Negotiate complex, high-value commercial agreements and structure mutually beneficial channel models.
  • Collaborate with internal product and technology leaders to mobilize hirify.global's capabilities for partner success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in global channel and partner management.
  • Deep expertise in software and analytic decisioning solutions within the financial services and payments sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and inspiring geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Established C-suite relationships within the global financial services and payments industry.
  • Demonstrated success owning and growing large, complex global partnerships with multi-million-dollar revenue outcomes.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
