What you will do

• Develop and execute joint business plans for GSIs and tech partners including AWS, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Build multi-level alignment across sales, pre-sales, delivery, and executive stakeholders.
• Run enablement playbooks and joint solution narratives for partner teams.
• Launch vertical campaigns and ABM motions to generate co-sell pipeline.
• Manage joint deals using MEDDICC and coordinate resources for successful execution.
• Lead QBRs and monthly pipeline reviews to track KPIs and manage budgets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in alliances or partner sales with GSIs and major ISVs.
• Proven GTM and co-sell experience in SaaS, specifically within CX, AI, or Enterprise Applications.
• Strong sales discipline, forecast management, and executive presence.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vimercate, Italy.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish.
• Working knowledge of cloud architectures and AI governance.
