Focus on building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, applying structured sales methodologies, and navigating high-stakes negotiations to close large-scale deals.

Location: Shanghai, China (Hybrid: expected to work from the office at least three days per week)

What you will do

  • Manage a named list of enterprise prospect accounts using a consultative sales approach.
  • Understand customer technology footprints, strategic growth plans, and business drivers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales Solutions Consultants to create tailored presentations and ROI models.
  • Identify and build relationships with economic champions and key technical stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings across the Chinese market.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of quota-carrying direct sales experience with a proven track record.
  • 3+ years of experience in payments, fraud prevention, identity, or fintech SaaS.
  • Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal).
  • Deep understanding of the online payments industry and credit card ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC, MEDDPIC, or Challenger Sale.
  • Ability to travel within China and internationally as required.
