Location: Based in Hong Kong or Singapore with flexibility to travel across APAC

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales Directors to drive pre-sales strategy and revenue growth for Front and Middle Office solutions in APAC.
  • Conduct consultative discussions, workshops, and solution demonstrations for senior client stakeholders.
  • Provide deep domain expertise in order management, trade capture, portfolio management, and compliance workflows.
  • Lead cross-functional pre-sales activities involving Product, Technology, and Marketing teams globally.
  • Manage RFP/RFI responses and develop tailored business cases highlighting operational and financial benefits.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to provide feedback for product enhancement.

Requirements

  • Extensive pre-sales or solution consulting experience within financial services technology.
  • Deep knowledge of front-to-middle-office workflows, including trade lifecycle, portfolio workflows, and data integration.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC financial markets landscape and competitive environment.
  • Proven experience engaging with C-level executives and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate complex opportunities across geographically dispersed teams in a matrix organization.
  • Must be based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Awareness of SaaS, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI/ML use cases in financial services.
