What you will do

  • Own omnichannel revenue targets for strategic BtC e-commerce sellers in Greater China.
  • Coach and train the regional sales team on omnichannel positioning, discovery, and technical fit.
  • Partner with Solution Design to build comprehensive proposals combining freight, customs, and US fulfillment.
  • Lead complex RFP processes and negotiate multi-million USD customer agreements.
  • Develop the regional demand engine through outbound campaigns and channel partnerships.
  • Act as the voice of the China market to global product and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling US fulfillment, 3PL, or e-commerce logistics services to Chinese merchants.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (must be able to pitch in Mandarin).
  • Deep understanding of DTC vs. B2B fulfillment, parcel zone pricing, and platform integrations (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop).
  • Proven player-coach track record with experience in sales enablement and playbook development.
  • Ability to travel 30–40% within the Greater Bay Area and Shanghai, plus occasional US trips.
