What you will do

• Market and sell investment funds to distribution channels including consumer banks, private banks, and insurance companies.
• Build and maintain high-standard relationships with distribution partners at all levels.
• Lead new business opportunities and develop innovative distribution partnerships.
• Represent the firm as a speaker at seminars to present market views and product ideas.
• Collaborate with senior management to set revenue targets and client engagement strategies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• University degree holder with 12+ years of sales experience in financial or fund products.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required.
• Proven track record in selling to retail banks, private banks, and gatekeepers.
• Strong technical knowledge of investment products and market intelligence.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to innovate and operate effectively in an agile environment.
