What you will do
- Own the end-to-end billing cycle for an assigned client portfolio across North and South America.
- Review automatically generated invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform monthly billing reconciliation between the ERP system and local tax documents.
- Manage inbound client communication via calls, emails, and support requests.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding debts.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams on contract terms and client requests.
Requirements
- Must be based in Colombia
- 2+ years of experience in billing or accounting processes.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing organization.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
- Experience with Brazilian local invoicing.
- English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Portuguese: Intermediate proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot.
- Practical experience with AI-powered tools.
