What you will do

• Own the end-to-end billing cycle for an assigned client portfolio across North and South America.
• Review automatically generated invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform monthly billing reconciliation between the ERP system and local tax documents.
• Manage inbound client communication via calls, emails, and support requests.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding debts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams on contract terms and client requests.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• 2+ years of experience in billing or accounting processes.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing organization.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
• Experience with Brazilian local invoicing.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Portuguese: Intermediate proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot.
• Practical experience with AI-powered tools.
