What you will do

• Support monthly billing, invoicing, and customer billable expense processes.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities and collections efforts.
• Manage and respond to state payroll tax notices.
• Maintain accurate records for company assets, liabilities, and financial transactions.
• Support expense management processes and assist with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare recurring financial reports and support forecasting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Must be based in or near Ramsey, New Jersey.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, NetSuite, or Brex.
