Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee daily billing operations to ensure accuracy and consistency for all customers.
• Process contracts timely to ensure prompt and accurate invoicing.
• Apply daily payments including ACH, wire, check, and credit card deposits.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accounting ledgers and handle special billing situations.
• Provide guidance and oversight to the Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with moderate Excel skills (vlookup, sumif, pivot tables).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Holmdel, NJ.

Nice to have

• Experience in a senior or management position.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite.
• Experience with AvaTax.
