What you will do

• Prepare and issue accurate monthly client invoices in accordance with billing cycles.
• Ensure timely billing for all services, including Employer of Record (EOR) and global payroll.
• Verify invoice accuracy by cross-checking local payroll data, client agreements, and employee contracts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Hiring, Sales, and Product teams to ensure all billable items are captured and tools are optimized.
• Investigate and remediate reconciliation breaks through tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Manage client inquiries regarding invoices and propose process improvements to reduce errors.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the following countries: South Africa, Colombia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania, Argentina, Egypt, Nigeria, Philippines, Poland, or North Macedonia.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance, Payroll, or Accountant.
• 2-year accounting degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• English: Proficiency in verbal and written communication is essential.
• High-level numeracy and reconciliation skills with strict attention to detail.
• Experience in processing a high volume of customer invoices.
