What you will do

• Generate multi-currency invoices and credit memos while managing billing master data for complex SaaS agreements.
• Act as a primary point of contact for billing inquiries from global internal teams and external customers.
• Monitor customer account balances and proactively resolve financial inconsistencies or disputes.
• Participate in billing system integrations, including discovery, testing, and implementation phases.
• Contribute to team initiatives aimed at automating billing operations and improving data flows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Billing, Order Management, Deal Desk, or Collections within a global B2B SaaS company.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to support global time zones.
• High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Temporary 12-month contract with potential for extension.
