Salary: €170,000 - €220,000 per year

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for EMEA credit and collections, including portfolio management and cash forecasting.
• Own the EMEA collections automation roadmap, including dunning workflows and self-service payment experiences.
• Drive the adoption of AI and LLM-based solutions to automate customer correspondence and predictive risk scoring.
• Lead and coach a team of managers and analysts, overseeing KPIs such as DSO and collection effectiveness.
• Define credit risk strategies, policies, and limit frameworks for the EMEA region.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk on contract negotiations regarding payment terms and credit exposure.

Requirements

• Experience leading credit and collections teams in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment, including managing other managers.
• Proven track record of implementing automation in AR workflows to improve efficiency and DSO.
• Strong knowledge of commercial credit risk assessment and tools like Dun & Bradstreet, Creditsafe, or Experian.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and AR automation platforms (Tesorio, HighRadius, Billtrust).
• Working knowledge of EMEA-specific AR considerations, including VAT and SEPA/BACS payment flows.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Dublin office.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections.
• Experience deploying AI or LLM-based solutions in a finance context.
• Working knowledge of SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Additional European language skills.
