Service Center Coordinator

TL;DR

Service Center Coordinator: Support NBCU Facilities Operations & Engineering service center by triaging customer requests, creating and managing work orders in IWMS, and coordinating daily work planning. Focus on accurate IWMS administration, work order data quality, and customer-facing communication across phone, email, and the work management system.

Salary: USD 50,000 - USD 65,000 yearly

What you will do

• Respond to facilities customer requests via phone, IWMS, and email for NBCU West Coast sites.
• Triage work requests, assign crew(s) to work orders, and administer IWMS daily functions (crews, zone teams, resources).
• Create and code work orders in IWMS for Preventive Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, Billable Work, and Project Work.
• Review work orders for data quality across property, crew, materials/labor quantities, and asset information throughout the work order lifecycle.
• Support weekly work planning with Work Control and Maintenance Repair & Operations Supervisors.
• Provide work management information to trades & engineering and support reporting and cost transfer analysis with Finance and admin teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of clerical and/or business administration experience.
• 3+ years of facilities maintenance help desk experience.
• Experience and knowledge of enterprise business systems and integrated workplace management systems.
• On-site requirement: full-time from an hirify.global-designated worksite.
