TL;DR

Sales Administrator (CRM/SAP): Enter and administer quotes in CRM and load contracts/orders in LN/SAP while managing customer accounts and supporting time-sensitive customer inquiries. Focus on accurate data collection and report preparation, handling complex contracts for Space & Defense markets, and coordinating project management tasks to improve organization performance.

Location: Blacksburg, VA (Hybrid)

Salary: $50,000.00–$60,000.00 annually

What you will do

  • Enter and administer quotes in CRM and load contracts/orders in LN/SAP.
  • Serve as primary contact for domestic and international customer accounts, responding to time-sensitive inquiries.
  • Manage customer accounts and contribute to schedule/production meetings.
  • Collect data and prepare reports for internal and external submissions.
  • Complete project management tasks aimed at improving organization performance.
  • Partner with inside sales, field sales, and main customers to support the sales function, including complex contracts and technical products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word processing, databases, and enterprise systems); familiarity with ERP or CRM systems preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently by prioritizing tasks, setting goals, and creating systems to achieve them.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
