Salary: $50,000.00–$60,000.00 annually

What you will do
- Enter and administer quotes in CRM and load contracts/orders in LN/SAP.
- Serve as primary contact for domestic and international customer accounts, responding to time-sensitive inquiries.
- Manage customer accounts and contribute to schedule/production meetings.
- Collect data and prepare reports for internal and external submissions.
- Complete project management tasks aimed at improving organization performance.
- Partner with inside sales, field sales, and main customers to support the sales function, including complex contracts and technical products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word processing, databases, and enterprise systems); familiarity with ERP or CRM systems preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time efficiently by prioritizing tasks, setting goals, and creating systems to achieve them.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
