What you will do

• Build brand awareness and drive direct sourcing from top Chinese brands and manufacturers.
• Manage daily content operations and assist with lead generation and seller hunting.
• Act as the primary bridge between Chinese sellers and internal compliance/KYC teams.
• Provide strategic account management for key accounts and implement retention strategies for long-tail sellers.
• Conduct educational training sessions and handle operational tasks including market research and data analysis.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management with the Chinese market.
• Native-level or full professional fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
