What you will do

• Manage and grow an assigned sales portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for all business matters.
• Execute proactive sales strategies to acquire new merchants and recover existing ones while defending accounts against competitors.
• Achieve key KPIs, specifically Refund Ratio and Hit Rate, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Maximize TFS and DCC business opportunities to meet budgeted targets and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Key Account, and Merchant Service departments to align on campaigns and activities.
• Document all merchant-specific information and business activities within the CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management roles.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to build trust and personal relationships.
• Problem-solving attitude and excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office products and excellent written communication.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Düsseldorf, Germany.

• Fluency in English in a business context.
