hirify.global is a fast-growing, regulated telecommunications provider and MVNO delivering global connectivity solutions to enterprises and consumers through its own mobile core network and eSIM technology.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analyses to identify and capture new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to emphasize value and drive adoption.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with partner product teams to ensure successful integration and conversion.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in tech or telecommunications.
  • Proven track record in managing B2B relationships and growing share of wallet.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and product owners.
  • Structured and organized approach to work with a strong team spirit.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the iOS or Android app ecosystem.
  • Background in IoT or telecommunications.
