Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 Annually

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Manage customer onboarding and develop success plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver services on time and within cost according to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Monitor customer health metrics, churn risk, and satisfaction scores (NPS).
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
- Facilitate regular business reviews to demonstrate value and results to customers.
Requirements
- Current US Citizenship and ability to obtain US DoD Security Clearance.
- 2+ years of experience managing projects for USG or commercial space/technology programs.
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, specifically the LEO space industry.
- Proficiency with MS Project or similar project management tools.
- Strong ability to deliver projects on budget and on time.
- Undergraduate degree in a business or technical field (Engineering, Physics, etc.).
