What you will do

• Own primary relationships with Managing Directors and partners at top-tier accelerators in the target market.
• Drive hirify.global adoption across cohorts from initial contact through activation and referral.
• Develop and run founder-facing programming such as workshops, office hours, and roundtables.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize the referral pipeline and high-ACV opportunities.
• Build and execute the accelerator partnerships playbook with clear KPIs for penetration and velocity.
• Provide founder insights to Product and Marketing teams to inform roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City.
• 2–4 years of experience in VC partnerships, channel partnerships, or founder-facing GTM roles.
• Existing, deep credibility and direct relationships within top accelerators and startup ecosystems.
• Fluency in early-stage startup finance, fundraising dynamics, and operational realities.
• Ability to balance long-term relationship depth with short-term pipeline accountability.
