What you will do

• Manage and cultivate relationships with assigned partners, advisory firms, and end-customer prospects to drive strategic objectives.
• Identify and establish connections with executive decision makers in end-customer accounts within the partner portfolio.
• Train and educate partner stakeholders on hirify.global solutions and develop joint go-to-market strategies and materials.
• Develop and assist partners in using the Data-Driven Assessment Tool Kit to perform quick assessments.
• Analyze partner organizational structures and go-to-market strategies for finance transformation advisory work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 7 years of experience in a partner or direct sales capacity.
• Strong rapport building, professional writing, and experience presenting to executive teams.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly.
• Proven experience in project management and executing successful plans.
