What you will do

  • Identify growth opportunities and new verticals in European markets working with the Head of Commercial.
  • Proactively build a pipeline by engaging bike manufacturers, leasing companies, and large retailers.
  • Manage complex, long-term B2B sales cycles and negotiate terms with mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Tailor value propositions covering non-traditional insurance mechanics, commission models, and API integrations.
  • Own the 360° partner lifecycle from contract signing through operational rollout and long-term growth.
  • Act as the voice of partners internally to inform product and marketing improvements.

Requirements

  • Native or highly fluent German and English proficiency required.
  • Deep knowledge of the cycling and e-mobility ecosystem (brands, retailers, or fleets).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle B2B sales, B2B2C partnerships, or account management.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
  • Proficiency with CRMs and business suites (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from London, Bristol, or Amsterdam.

  • Specific background with bike brands, leasing providers, or micromobility fleets.
