What you will do
- Manage and expand relatiships with key sporting goods accounts and senior stakeholders in Italy.
- Drive sustainable sell-in and sell-out growth while ensuring alignment with premium brand positiing.
- Lead seasal commercial activities, including account planning, assortment strategy, forecasting, and target setting.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans that create lg-term value for and its retail partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising teams to maximize brand visibility and retail excellence.
- Own commercial negotiatis, trading terms, and ctractual discussis to ensure profitable growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Commercial Leadership within sporting goods, footwear, or apparel.
- Proven track record of managing large retail groups and natial key accounts within the Italian market.
- Deep expertise in performance sports (specifically running) and a strg understanding of sneaker culture.
- Strg commercial acumen in forecasting, business planning, and negotiatis.
