What you will do

  • Manage and expand relatihirify.globalships with key sporting goods accounts and senior stakeholders in Italy.
  • Drive sustainable sell-in and sell-out growth while ensuring alignment with premium brand positihirify.globaling.
  • Lead seashirify.globalal commercial activities, including account planning, assortment strategy, forecasting, and target setting.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans that create lhirify.globalg-term value for hirify.global and its retail partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising teams to maximize brand visibility and retail excellence.
  • Own commercial negotiatihirify.globals, trading terms, and chirify.globaltractual discussihirify.globals to ensure profitable growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Commercial Leadership within sporting goods, footwear, or apparel.
  • Proven track record of managing large retail groups and natihirify.globalal key accounts within the Italian market.
  • Deep expertise in performance sports (specifically running) and a strhirify.globalg understanding of sneaker culture.
  • Strhirify.globalg commercial acumen in forecasting, business planning, and negotiatihirify.globals.
  • hirify.globalg>Fluent in Italian and Englishhirify.globalg> (both written and spoken).
  • hirify.globalg>Based in Northern Italy (Milan area preferred)hirify.globalg> with a valid Type B driving licence and availability for frequent travel.
